Cupping

Cupping is great for blood flow and picking up the fascia. It does leave normal bruising, it should heal with in a few days!

Gua Sha

I use a rose quartz gua sha stone to cool the face, reducing inflammation. Gua sha is also great for moving lymph in the face and neck
